To keep up with smart phone traffic, a company’s website needs to be mobile friendly. Since desktop computers are such much bigger than smart phones, websites tend to look and act different on them. Many generic web templates aren’t mobile friendly. This means that your customers will be spending more time zooming and scrolling around your site instead of getting information. This may also increase your bounce rate.
