When someone searches “braids” on Google, your blog post could come up!

Many people believe that they need a lot of content with a lot of keywords. However, search engines value quality over quantity. If you’re using the keyword “braids”, make sure that your content is actually about braids. Also, linking credible sources can improve your webpage’s quality.
A lot of the time, high-ranking websites are considered to be the “authority” on that keyword. Don’t worry, you don’t need a special certificate to be an “authority”. It just means that these websites contain a good amount of valuable content about that keyword.

Did you know that social media can actually help your website? Social media contributes to your website’s “authority”. When you post to your social media platforms, make sure to link back to your website. When you have links from outside sources pointing to your website, it makes it look like more of an “authority” to search engines. Similarly, having a lot of followers and engagement on your social media platforms will boost your website’s traffic.
