Your viewers are going to see this pop up, usually somewhere in the corner, with a small message. This will automatically get your customers attention and entice them to your brand.
Chatbots also drive engagement by offering suggestions. 80% of businesses reported that they have, or plan on using chatbots by 2020. These chatbots are the fastest way for your customers to get help. Instead of calling a customer service line and being put on hold, customers know they will get a response in real-time. Most likely within seconds!
