With a Business Account you can
Get realtime metrics on how your stories and promoted posts perform throughout the day.
Get insights into your followers and how they interact with your posts and stories.
Add information about your company like business hours, location and phone number.
Convert to a Business Account within your app account settings.
Using Your Instagram Business Profile : Overview
When you look at your Instagram business profile, you’ll see some contact options. These options are visible to your followers. They will allow them to call and email you straight from the app, as well as get directions if you have a physical location. In the top righthand corner of the screen, you’ll see a bar chart. This is your Insights icon. Click on this to explore the Instagram Business profile Insights options. Only you can see these options.
When you get to your Insights page, right away you’ll see your followers and post count. As you scroll down, you’ll see how many Impressions you’ve made, how many people you’ve reached, and how many people have viewed your profile in the last 7 days. Scrolling down more, you’ll see the Followers section. You can use the gender and age demographics to help you tailor who your posts are for. In the Posts section, you’ll see which posts have done the best. In the Stories section, you’ll be able to see the performance of your recent Stories posts. In the Promotions section, you’ll be able to see how well your Instagram Ads are doing.
