The goals for marketers in business to business marketing are very similar to the goals in business to consumer marketing. The main focus is on the customers loyalty, engagement, and brand recognition. Getting the customers to continuously come back through the proper marketing techniques is so important in B2C marketing.

B2C brands are mainly concerned with creating excitement for the buyer. You want to create a sense of meaning toward a specific product. The consumer should feel like the product pertains to them! When you are able to view your brand from the audience’s point of view, you will be able to market more efficiently to them.

Engagement

A huge factor that persuades a consumer to purchase a product is what they see their peers buying! Peer reviews play a major role in expanding your market. The majority of people will look at reviews online and base their decision solely on those reviews. Others will go purchase a product if their friends like the same idea! The amount of customers you can get if a whole group of friends tells their friends about your brand is dramatically increased.

Business to consumer marketing mainly consists on the customers wants. When we can get as many followers together to like a product then revenue with go up! That is why social media platforms can help expand your business.

Brand Awareness

B2C consumers are most easily influenced by what brands their friends/peers are consuming. Incorporate unique content to build excitement around your brand and your products. Especially is you get a famous individual so promote your brand, you are gaining a client base that sounds attractive to others and stretches beyond the norm for your brand!
