The year is 2018 and your consumers are looking for an authentic connection.Your consumer is going to want to be apart of a community full of like-minded people. Creating content from your audience is the number one way to engage your customers with each other. Social media makes it very easy to create communities where your consumers can connect.

Your business should do its best to showcase your product/services along with its customers reviews. Do not overwhelm your viewers with only user-generated content, as this will come off an excessive marketing.

You can do so by offering a discount, a free service, or a limited time product giveaway. These are great incentives that will drive your customers in so they can have their voice be heard.
